Free Sample Program Terms & Conditions

The Free Sample Program is intended to introduce first-time customers to Jamaica on the Grill's products and encourage future purchases.

The Program is promotional in nature and is not intended to provide free meals on an ongoing basis.

Participation is voluntary and subject to availability.

Unless otherwise specified, eligible customers may choose one (1) promotional sample from the options made available by Jamaica on the Grill.

Available promotional products may include:

• One Protein Energy Bowl
• One Jerk Protein Egg Roll
• Other promotional products announced from time to time

Sample options may change without notice.

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Reside within an eligible service area when delivery is offered.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply for certain promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one (1) free sample is permitted per individual.
• Only one (1) free sample is permitted per household.
• Only one (1) free sample is permitted per residential address.
• Only one (1) free sample is permitted per mobile telephone number.
• Only one (1) free sample is permitted per email address.

Jamaica on the Grill may use reasonable methods to verify eligibility and detect duplicate or fraudulent requests.

To protect the integrity of the Program, we may verify eligibility using information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Delivery or pickup address
• Device information
• Browser information
• IP address
• QR code campaign identifiers
• Order history

Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

Free samples are available only while promotional supplies last.

Participation does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if a promotional product becomes unavailable.

Depending on your location, free samples may be:

• Available for pickup only,
• Available for delivery,
• Available at selected promotional events,
• Available at participating retail or community locations.

Delivery availability, fees, and minimum purchase requirements (if any) will be disclosed during the redemption process.

If a promotional code is required:

• It must be entered before checkout.
• Only one promotional code may be used unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Promotional codes have no cash value.
• Expired or altered codes are void.

Some free sample offers may be accessed through QR codes displayed on advertisements, packaging, flyers, social media, or promotional materials.

Scanning a QR code does not guarantee eligibility or availability.

QR codes remain the property of Jamaica on the Grill and may not be reproduced or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Free samples:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be exchanged for gift cards.
• Cannot be transferred or sold.
• Cannot be substituted except at Jamaica on the Grill's discretion.

Free sample offers are intended solely for the eligible recipient.

Offers may not be:

• Sold,
• Assigned,
• Shared for commercial purposes,
• Auctioned,
• Bartered, or
• Transferred to another person without our written approval.

To maintain fairness, Jamaica on the Grill may deny participation when we reasonably believe there has been:

• Duplicate registrations.
• Multiple claims from the same household.
• Automated submissions.
• Use of bots or scripts.
• Identity misrepresentation.
• False contact information.
• Promotional abuse.
• Circumvention of Program rules.
• Attempts to manipulate eligibility.

Participation obtained through fraudulent means is void.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently prohibit participation by any person who:

• Repeatedly violates Program rules.
• Creates multiple accounts to obtain additional samples.
• Uses false identities.
• Resells promotional products.
• Harasses employees or representatives.
• Engages in fraudulent conduct.

These actions may also result in cancellation of future promotional offers where permitted by law.

Because our products are freshly prepared, availability may vary based on:

• Inventory
• Production schedules
• Seasonal ingredients
• Operating hours
• Participating locations

Some products may be temporarily unavailable without notice.

Participants are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before requesting a sample.

Our kitchen prepares foods that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

If you voluntarily subscribe to receive promotional communications, you may receive:

• Email newsletters
• Special offers
• New menu announcements
• Product launch information
• Promotional discounts
• Event invitations

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided.

Participation in the Free Sample Program does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications where your consent is required by law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotional products are provided without charge.
• Applicable taxes may still apply where required by law.
• Delivery fees or service charges may apply if delivery is selected.
• Optional gratuities are not included.

Any applicable charges will be displayed before the order is finalized.

Jamaica on the Grill reserves the right to:

• Modify Program rules.
• Change eligible products.
• Adjust eligibility requirements.
• Limit participation.
• Suspend the Program.
• End the Program entirely.

Changes become effective when posted on our website or otherwise communicated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamaica on the Grill is not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed submissions.
• Technical failures.
• Website interruptions.
• QR code scanning issues.
• Internet outages.
• Third-party service failures.
• Human error.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Information collected through the Free Sample Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use personal information to administer the Program, verify eligibility, fulfill requests, improve customer service, and prevent fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
