Inspired by Kingston traditions, the business grew from a restaurant into a modern food production, delivery and distribution brand offering fresh Protein Energy Bowls, signature sauces, marinades, Jerk Protein Egg Rolls and functional drinks.

Customers repeatedly asked to purchase the signature jerk sauce. That demand helped transform the recipe into a bottled product that could reach customers beyond the restaurant. What started as a simple request became the foundation for a whole new chapter.
